I want to share something personal with you today.

Not because I want to celebrate myself.

But because I believe that documenting wins is one of the most underrated habits for any founder or entrepreneur.

Most of us are so focused on the next goal that we forget to acknowledge how far we have already come.

So this newsletter is that pause.

It is me looking back at 2025 and sharing ten things I am genuinely proud of.

Let me start.

1. I Learned to Drive a Car

There was something uniquely fulfilling about the progress you make outside your comfort zone.

Learning to drive was not just about getting from point A to point B.

It was about proving to myself that I could still learn something completely new at this stage of life.

Every small improvement—parking properly, handling traffic, driving confidently—reminded me that growth is not limited to business.

When you challenge yourself in one area of life, it builds confidence that spills over into everything else.

The uncomfortable becomes familiar.

And that is where real transformation happens.

2. I Picked Up a New Sport – Badminton

I rediscovered a childlike determination I forgot existed.

Recently, I picked up badminton after years of only focusing on work.

Day one was humbling—I could barely hold the racket while friends played effortlessly around me.

But something magical happened.

I rediscovered that pure, unfiltered desire to improve.

It reminded me of 10th grade, when I secretly practiced kabaddi with my brother until teammates actually wanted me on their side.

I will ignore the part where my dad found out and dragged me home.

But that childlike determination to improve myself?

I found it again.

3. I Started a New Podcast Channel Called Valley in the Making

Shot this picture when we featured Vijay Pravin on our Podcast

Interestingly, I thought of doing a podcast but never pushed myself to do it.

Then my cofounder talked to me about the credibility it can bring in.

It is important that we associate ourselves with more credible people.

You can call it borrowed credibility.

When you put yourself out there and have conversations with people who are ahead of you, their credibility rubs off on you.

Your audience starts seeing you differently.

Valley in the Making is not just a podcast.

It is my way of building authority by learning from others publicly.

4. I Fixed My Morning Routine

One of the best things that ever happened to me.

I saw Jay Shetty's video on how to set a morning routine, and everything changed.

I realized that how you start your day determines how you live your day.

No more waking up and immediately checking my phone.

No more being reactive.

I now wake up with intention.

Hydrate. Move. Journal. Plan my top three priorities.

Then I engage with the world.

If you have not watched that video yet, check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0-ChuOYWAE&t=1s.

It will change how you operate.

5. I Started Lecture Head – A Community for Entrepreneurs

I started Error Makes Clever to educate students.

I started LectureHead to educate entrepreneurs.

That is the simple truth.

I realized that the same principles that help students succeed also help founders succeed.

Clarity. Focus. Execution.

But entrepreneurs need a different kind of support.

They need a community where real strategies are shared.

Where people are honest about what is working and what is not.

LectureHead is that space.

No fluff. No fake gurus.

Just real founders helping each other grow.

And the response has been incredible.

6. I Got an Award for Educational Content Creator

The award is special.
Because I received it from CKK Kumaravel sir (Naturals Founder) at the AI/WO Event.

This was not just recognition.
It was validation.

Validation that the work I am doing is making a real impact.
That the hours spent creating content are not going to waste.
That people are actually applying what I share.
And getting real results.

Awards do not change who you are.
But they remind you that you are on the right path.
And sometimes, that reminder is all you need to keep going.

7. I Moved to a New Office Space

That’s My Dad !

This was hard.

We searched for six months to find this office space.
During that time, we literally worked from the road.

We traveled back and forth rejecting multiple places.

But finally, we opened our new office on August 4th.

The difference was immediate.
My team felt it.
I felt it.
Even clients who visited felt it.

Your environment shapes your mindset.
If you are surrounded by mediocrity, you will produce mediocre work.
If you are surrounded by excellence, you will raise your standards.

This office is not just a space.
It is a reflection of the level we want to operate at.

8. I Moved to a New Living Space

One Peaceful Morning

Usually, I do not prefer comfort.
I do not invest much in myself.

But the productivity your environment can bring is unbelievable.

Ever since I moved to my new apartment,
Where I see an amazing lake every morning,
Nothing compares to that feeling.

Waking up to that view changes how I think.
It clears my mind before the day even starts.

I used to think upgrading my living space was unnecessary.
But I was wrong.

Your external world should reflect your internal ambition.
And now, it does.

9. I Increased Error Makes Clever’s Growth by 2x

They are the Pillars of EMC

We went from a 20-member team to a 40-member team.
And our revenue grew along with it.

But more importantly,
I automated Error Makes Clever.

I built systems.
Systems that allow the business to run
Without me being involved in every decision.

And now, we are stepping into the next big chapter — LectureHead.

This growth was not accidental.
It came from applying the exact principles I share in my content.

Relevance.
Efficiency.
Trust.

When you get these three right,
Growth becomes inevitable.

10. I Started My Newsletter – Winning Gap

Thumbnail from yesterday’s newsletter. Check it out if you haven’t read it yet.

The best thing that happened to me
Was starting this newsletter.

Someone once told me,
“Newsletter readers are your supporters who want you to win.”

That line struck my heart.

I decided to share everything with my closed circle.
And that is why I started this newsletter.

If this newsletter has sparked something in you,
Hit the reply button.
And let me know.

I would genuinely love to hear it.

This is not just a newsletter.
It is a conversation.
And I want you to be part of it.

Yes, I started writing thinking I could come up with 10, but two more got added to the bucket.

11. We Received YouTube’s Golden Play Button

This award is special.

It marks a milestone no one in our tech space had reached.

But the story started in the first six months.
Months of uncertainty.
Hurdles we didn't expect.
Everything took ten times longer.

We learned more than we executed.
We faced unexpected setbacks.
We wondered if we were on the right path.

This Golden Button is the result of that perseverance.
A testament to the team's focus.

And to every person who watched, shared, and believed.

12. We are close to hitting 200k on Linkedin

A quiet excitement builds for 2026.

We near a new milestone: 200,000 professionals trusting us on LinkedIn.

It began as a place to share thoughts.
It grew into a community.
Founders, developers, learners.

Every conversation mattered.
Every comment added up.
Every share built this moment.

Hoping it reaches 200k before 2026 begins—let’s see.

Final Thoughts

These twelve moments are not just wins.

They are proof.
Proof that growth happens everywhere.

Not just in revenue.
Not just in followers.
But in how you live.
How you think.
How you lead.

If one point resonated with you, hit reply.
I’d love to know.

And if you’re building something right now,
keep going.

Document your wins.
Celebrate your progress.
Use it as fuel.

Here’s to a bold and purposeful 2026.

Happy New Year!

See you in the next one.
